丙泊酚在急性脑损伤中的神经保护作用

摘    要:丙泊酚是临床最常用的镇静麻醉药,在急性脑缺血动物实验中表明其具有神经保护作用,对脑生理学产生正面影响(丙泊酚虽减少脑血流量但是维持与脑的氧代谢速率的耦合以及降低颅内压)。在所谓的"多模式神经保护"中起重要作用,是治疗急性脑损伤的一个整体策略,包括脑灌注的维持、体温控制、预防感染以及严格的血糖控制。

Abstract:Propofol is one of the most common used clinical sedative anesthetics.Acute cerebral ischemia in animal experiments show that it has the nerve protection effect,and positive effect on the brain physiology(propofol reduces cerebral blood flow but keeps coupling and metabolic rate,oxygen and reduces the intracranial pressure,to reach the optimal operative state during nerve surgery),playing an important role in the so-called "multiple-pattern neural protection",which is a total package solution in the treatment of acute brain injury,including cerebral perfusion maintaining,temperature control,prevention of infection and strict blood sugar control.
