抗菌药物专项整治对武汉地区2011年各季度抗菌药物应用的影响

目的:分析抗菌药物专项整治对武汉地区2011年各季度抗菌药物临床应用情况的影响。方法:采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对武汉地区32家医院2011年抗菌药物应用数据按季度进行统计分析,外用抗菌药物只统计用药金额。结合卫生部抗菌药物专项整治要求,分析抗菌药物品种和应用的改变是否符合国家规定。结果:2011年各季度武汉地区抗菌药物销售金额平均降低6.76%;二、三、四季度品种分别减少40种、25种、5种,总用药频度同比降低5.19%、4.02%、3.21%;销售金额排序前20位的特殊使用级抗菌药物使用品种一、二季度均为9种,三、四季度减至6种和5种;特殊使用级抗菌药物使用率三、四季度显著降低。结论:抗菌药物专项整治措施对武汉地区2011年抗菌药物的合理使用起到了一定的规范作用。

Effect of the antimicrobial drug special rectification on clinical antibiotics use in Wuhan area in 2011

Objective： To analyze the effect of the antimicrobial drug special rectification on clinical antibiotics use in Wuhan area in 2011. Methods： Defined daily dose（DDD） recommended by WHO was used as an indicator to analyze the relative data of antimicrobial drugs used in 32 hospitals of Wuhan area in 2011, and only consumption sum was analyzed for topical antimicrobial agents. According to the antimicrobial drug special rectification, the numbers of varieties and specifications and application status were analyzed to evaluate the compliance with the state regulations. Results： The average sales amount of antibiotics was reduced by 6.76% in Wuhan area quarterly during 2011. The numbers of varieties and specifications in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarter were reduced by 40 species, 25 species and 5 species respectively, while the frequency of drug use were reduced by 5.19%, 4.02%, 3.21%. There were 9 species in the top 20 special use antibiotics in terms of sales amount in the 1st and 2nd quarters, and the numbers were reduced to 6 and 5 species in the 3rd and 4th quarters respectively. The usage rate of special use antibiotics reduced significantly in the 3rd and 4th quarters. Conclusion： The implementation of antimicrobial drug special rectification had a positive impact on rational utility of antimicrobial agents in Wuhan area in 2011.
