| 摘 要： | 目的：应用宫腔-腹腔镜技术。探讨不孕症的病因及临床应用价值。方法：对临床诊断不孕症者127例进行宫腹腔镜检查及治疗。并进行临床分析。结果：盆腔炎(盆腔粘连)和子宫内膜异位症和盆腔结核的发生率高,是引起不孕症的主要疾病。结论：本术式集宫腔镜、腹腔镜各自的长处。集诊断治疗于一身。具有损伤小、恢复快、手术成功率高的特点。是不孕患者的较好治疗方法,也为是否接受辅助生育技术提供了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the main etiology and the clinical value of application by using of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in infertile.Methodes 127 cases infertile patients were in vestigated and treated by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy and analyzed. Results Plevic inflammation,endometriosis and pelvic tuberculosis were major causes resulting in female infertility.Conclusion Both laparoscopy and hysteroscopy can be used and is main diagnosis and treatment method in infertility case.
