| 摘 要： | 目的:观察慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者不同中医证型的胃排空功能。方法:采用不透X线标记物(钡条)法,对100例CAG5个证型,即:肝胃不和型、脾胃湿热型、胃阴不足型、胃络瘀血型和脾胃虚弱型检测胃排空功能。结果:各型患者餐后4h的胃排空率低于正常人(P<0.05),以脾胃虚弱型明显(P<0.01)。结论:100例CAG各型患者存在胃排空功能障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate gastric emptying function in different TCM differentiation type of CAG.Methods:100 patients of CAG were enrolled five types,such as liver-stomach disorder syndrome,spleen-stomach damp-syndrome,stomach Yin-deficiency syndrome,stomach blood stasis syndrome and spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome.Research the gastric emptying function with X-ray pneumobarium examination.Results:The gastric emptying rate of different types 4 hours after meal was lower than healthy subjects(P<0.05),from then,the spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome was obvious(P<0.01).Conclusion:The TCM differentiation type of 100 patients CAG had abnormal gastric emptying. |
