青光眼滤过术后常见并发症的观察及护理

目的探讨青光眼滤过术后并发症的观察及护理对青光眼手术效果的影响。方法对95例(108眼)青光眼病人滤过术后的浅前房、前房积血、滤过泡形成不良等并发症进行观察,并采取有效的护理措施。结果滤过术后浅前房恢复33眼(占100%)、前房积血吸收7眼(占100%)、滤过泡形成不良好转10眼(占83.33%)。结论术后密切观察、有效护理是提高手术成功率和减少并发症的重要措施。

Observation and Nursing of Postoperative Complications of Glaucoma Filtering Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of observation and nursing of the postoperative complications on therapeutical effectiveness after glaucoma filtering surgery. Methods 95 cases of patients (108 eyes) undergoing glaucoma filtering surgery were retrospectively reviewed on observation and nursing of the postoperative complications such as shallow anterior chamber, hyphema and unusual filtration bleb. Results All 33 cases of shallow anterior chamber recovered, hyphema were completely absorbed in all 7 cases, and 10 cases of unusual filtration bleb were changed into functional filtering bleb. Conclusion Closely postoperative observation and appropriate nursing can improve success rate of glaucoma filtering surgery and decrease the incidence of complications.
