摘 要: | 目的建立双参苓颗粒的质量标准。方法对制剂中的鹿茸和冬虫夏草进行显微鉴别;采用薄层色谱法对制剂中人参、丹参、山茱萸进行定性鉴别研究;用高效液相色谱法对有效成分黄芪甲苷进行含量测定,选用ZORBAXRX-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(31∶69)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,蒸发光散射检测,柱温30℃。结果建立了双参苓颗粒的质量标准,包括鹿茸和冬虫夏草的显微鉴别,人参、丹参、山茱萸的薄层鉴别方法和有效成分黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。结论该方法能很好地控制产品的质量,可以作为双参苓颗粒的质量标准。

Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality standards of Shuangshenling Granules. Methods Cordyceps sinensis and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum were identified by Microscopical identification. Panax ginseng, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Macrocarpium officinalis were identified by TLC. The content of Astragaloside was determined by HPLC. ZORBAX RX-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column and ELSD were used and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Result The quality standard established consist of two identify item of Microscopical identification, three identify items of TLC, one determimation item of HPLC. Conclusion The method can be used to control the quality of Shuangshenling Granules. |
