| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎动脉支架成形术治疗椎动脉狭窄的安全性和有效性。方法对15例症状性椎动脉狭窄患者予以椎动脉支架成形术治疗。结果 15例患者成功植入16枚球囊扩张支架,术前术后平均狭窄程度分别为（81.7±4.8）%和（11.2±2.1）%;3个月随访12例症状消失,3例症状明显改善。结论椎动脉支架成形术是治疗椎动脉狭窄的安全有效方法,长期疗效需进一步观察。 |
