穴位敷贴辅助治疗小儿风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽40例疗效观察

目的:观察穴位敷贴辅助治疗小儿风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的疗效。方法:将80例风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽住院患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,2组均给予基础治疗,按病情需要给予抗生素、吸痰、吸氧、退热等常规治疗。治疗组加穴位敷贴治疗。结果:治疗组治愈21例,有效16例,总有效率为92.5%;对照组治愈12例,有效21例,总有效率为82.5%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴辅助治疗小儿风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽,方法简便、无痛、价廉、效佳,受到患儿及家长的接受和认可。

40 cases curative effect observation of acupoint application in auxiliary treatment of pediatric panting cough pneumonia stasis by wind and heat

Objective： To observe curative effect of acupoint application in auxiliary treatment of pediatric panting cough pneumonia stasis by wind and heat. Methods： 80 cases of hospitalized wind-heat stasis pneumonia with panting cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The 2 groups were given basic treatment, according to the condition of patients, namely antibiotics, suctioning, oxygen- ation, fever and other conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with additional acupoint application. Results： In the treatment group, 21 cases were cured, 16 cases effective, the total effective rate being 92.5%. In the control group, 12 cases were cured, 21 cases effective, the total effective rate being 82.5%. The difference in total effective rate between the 2 groups has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application in auxiliary treatment of pediatric wind and heat stasis pneumonia with panting cough is convenient, cheap, effec- tive, painless, acceptable by children and their parents.
