| 摘 要： | 目的观察营养支持与呼吸操锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease,COPD)患者生存质量的影响。方法将74例COPD缓解期患者随机分为两组,1组为对照组,行一般饮食和肢体活动,2组为观察组,行营养支持并对其施行呼吸操锻炼。于治疗前及治疗后3个月分别进行肺功能及生存质量评分。结果观察组较对照组在肺功能及活动耐力、心理状态、社会适应能力等方面均明显改善(P<0.01)。结论营养支持与呼吸操锻炼能提高COPD患者的生存质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of nutritional supporting treatment and respirato ry gym on quality of life with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Method74COPD stable patients were randoml y divided into two groups,group one was control,group two was observed with nutritional supporting and respiratory gym.Pulmonary function and quality of life were me asured at the beginning and 3months after treatment.Result Compared control group,the observe d group showed significant improvem ent pulmonary function and quality o f life(P<0.01).Conclusion The quality of life of COPD patients c an be improved by nutritional supporting treatment and respiratory gym. |
