| 摘 要： | 目的利用黄酮类化合物可与金属离子形成有色螯合物的机理 ,用比色法测定荷叶中总黄酮的含量。方法KAc AlCl3 体系与荷叶总黄酮提取物反应 ,用比色法测定其结果。结果用KAc AlCl3 体系络合化学吸光法测定荷叶中总黄酮的含量为 5 .0 8% ,平均回收率为 1 0 1 .2 % ,RSD =2 .4 1 % (n =5 )。结论KAc AlCl3 体系络合化学吸光法易推广 ,呈色稳定 ,干扰小 ,容易掌握

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo determine the contents of total flavone in lotus leaf by colorimetry that utilize the fact that the mixture of flavone compounds with metal iron can form colourful compounds. MethodsTo carry on a reaction between the extraction of total flavone in lotus leaf and the system of KAc AlCl 3,determined by colorimetry. ResultsThe average content of total flavone in lotus leaf is 5.08 % ,with an average recovery of 101.2 % and relative standard deviation of 2.41 % .ConclusionThis method is simple, easy to learn,and with good reproducibility. |
