| 摘 要： | 目的:建立伯氏疟原虫(P.b.)抗哌喹(PQR)系鼠疟模型;比较其抗性表型基本特征.方法:采用鼠-鼠间血传、药物剂量递增法对P.b.ANKA哌喹敏感株(PQS)进行抗性培育,通过测定PQS ED50和PQR ED50计算抗性指数及抗性稳定性;显微镜观察虫体形态变化、计数原虫率,记录分析小鼠接种后存活时间及肝、脾及体重变...

| Abstract: | Objective: To select piperaquine-resistant line(PQR) of Plasmodium berghei(P.b.) ANKA strain and to observe its resistant phenotypes.Methods: Under increasing drug pressure,resistance of P.b.ANKA strain was developed by mice to mice passages until the resistant index was raised significantly higher than that of its parent line.Resistant phenotypes were recorded by comparing P.b.morphology,parasitemia rate;red blood cell counting,survival time,and liver,spleen and body weight variations of the mice.Results: ... |
