摘    要:
目的比较同源盒基因-A10(HOXA10)在正常人和隐睾症患者睾丸组织的表达差异。方法收集正常人和隐睾症患者的睾丸组织,采用反转录-多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学的方法检测HOXA10的表达水平。结果HOXA10在正常人和隐睾症患者的睾丸组织均有表达,与正常组织比较,HOXA10在隐睾症患者睾丸组织的表达显著降低。结论HOXA10的表达减少与隐睾症的发生有密切关系。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the expression of HOXA10 in the testis from healthy men and the patients with cryptorchidism. Methods Normal testicular tissues were donated from 3 healthy men dead by accident. The tissues of cryptorchidism were obtained from 4 patients in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital. RT-PCR and immu-nocytochemistry were used to detect the expression of HOXA10 in testis from the two groups. Results The mRNA expression of HOXA10 was detected by RT-PCR in the testicular tissues from both 3 healthy men and 4 patients. Compared with healthy men, the expression of HOXA10 mRNA was significantly decreased in the patients with cryptorchidism. To further confirm the results from RT-PCR, immunocytochemistry was used to investigate the protein expression of HOXA10 in human testis. The results showed that HOXA10 was only located in the nuclear of cells, and the expression of HOXA10 in the patients was significantly lower than that in healthy men, which is similar to the results from RT-PCR. Conclusion The expression of HOXA10 in the testis was significantly decreased in the patients with cryptorchidism, which suggested that HOXA10 expression was related to the development of testis.
