妊娠期高血压疾病并发心衰35例分析

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病并发心衰的诱因、早期诊断和处理。方法对2002年1月-2007年12月收治的35例妊娠期高血压疾病并发心衰患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果除1例孕妇死亡外，其余34例均抢救成功。结论妊娠期高血压疾病合并贫血、低蛋白血症、呼吸道感染、输液不当以及不适当扩容等是诱发和加重心衰的因素。妊娠期高血压疾病并发心衰应早期诊断、治疗，防止恶化。终止妊娠是治疗关键，终止妊娠的方式以剖宫产为宜。

Clinical Analysis of 35 Patients with Heart Failure and Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy
