| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者血清中总胆汁酸的影响及意义。方法使用第5代循环酶法检测289例首发精神分裂症患者药物治疗前后和健康对照人群的血清总胆汁酸水平。结果精神分裂症患者应用抗精神病药物治疗后总胆汁酸水平增加,超过正常值上限的比例为15.2%。结论抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者的血清总胆汁酸水平有一定影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and implication of antipsychotic drugs on serum levels of total bile acids（TBA） in schizophrenics.Methods Using the fifth enzymatic cycling assay to detect the serum levels of TBA in 289 patients with the first attack of schizophrenia before and after treatment and the normal subjects as controls.Results After treatment with antipsychotic drugs,the serum levels of TBA in schizophrenic patients were exceeded the upper limit of the normal value by 15.2%.Conclusion Antipsychotic drugs have a certain influence on schizophrenic patients＇ serum levels of TBA. |
