| 摘 要： | 外源性肺表面活性物质在临床上已被广泛应用于治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,NRDS),且疗效显著。但具体实施外源性肺表面活性物质的临床方法学问题尚未达成普遍共识。本文归纳了以近三年为主的国内外文献,对外源性肺表面活性物质治疗NRDS的用药时机、给药途径及剂量范围等阶段性研究成果进行全面综述,以供临床参考。

| Abstract: | Exogenous pulmonary surfactant has been widely used in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) and its effect is significant.However,there is no general consensus on the clinical methodology of exogenous pulmonary surfactant.This paper summarized the domestic and foreign literatures in the past three years,and comprehensively reviews the research results of the timing,route and dose range of exogenous pulmonary surfactant in the treatment of NRDS for clinical reference. |
