| 摘 要： | 阐述了上海市级医院开展儿童日间手术的进展。上海市级医院采用“集中+分散”管理模式，融合加速康复外科技术，依托信息化，关注儿童群体就医体验，构建了儿童日间手术全周期质量管理体系。指出为促进儿童日间手术可持续发展，应充分认识到儿童日间手术的优势，加大人文关怀力度，加强信息化建设等。

| Abstract: | The study introduced the management progress of children's ambulatory surgery in Shanghai municipal hospitals. The "centralized and decentralized" management mode had been adopted in Shanghai children's ambulatory surgery, and the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) had been integrated to construct a full-cycle quality management system relying on informatization, which focused on the medical experience of children.It is pointed out that in order to promote the sustainable development of children's day surgery, it is necessary to fully recognize the advantages of children's day surgery, increase humanistic care, and strengthen information construction, etc. |
