乳腺癌日间手术全程健康管理模式探讨

目的探讨微信公众平台与个案管理在乳腺癌患者日间手术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月-2019年3月某院甲乳血管外科收治的符合标准的358例住院乳腺癌日间手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别实施不同健康管理模式。结果观察组患者焦虑程度显著低于对照组（P<0.05）,陪护者压力程度也低于对照组（P<0.001）;观察组患者围术期疾病知晓总分显著高于对照组（P<0.001）,对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.001）;观察组患者上肢水肿发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论微信公众平台与个案管理相结合能有效提高乳腺癌日间手术患者全程健康管理质量,值得推广。

Discussion on the Whole-Process Health Management Mode in Ambulatory Surgery for Breast Cancer

ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of WeChat public platform and case management for breast cancer patients undergoing ambulatory surgery. MethodsFrom July 2018 to March 2019, a total of 358 patients undergoing ambulatory surgery for breast cancer admitted to Department of Thyroid, Breast and Vascular Surgery, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, which were treated with different health management modes.ResultsThe score of patient anxiety in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the degree of caregivers pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.001); the perioperative disease awareness score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001); the satisfaction of nursing work in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001); the incidence of edema in the upper limb was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat Public platform and case management can effectively improve the quality of whole-process health management for breast cancer patients undergoing ambulatory surgery, which is worthy of promotion.
