医院制度管理建设实践

加强医院制度建设，规范医院制度管理体系，是医院由粗放型管理向精细化管理转变，实现医院可持续发展的重要保障。新疆地区某三甲医院通过梳理医院制度，结合现代医院管理制度要求和医院实际，以问题为导向，进行医院制度建设的探索。文章总结了制度建设的经验，可为同类医疗机构制度建设提供借鉴。

The Practice of Hospital Institutional Management Construction

Strengthening the hospital institutional construction and standardizing the hospital institutional management system are the important guarantee for the hospital to be refined from extensive management to fine management and realize the sustainable development. Through sorting out the hospital system, combining the requirements of modern hospital management system and the actual situation of the hospital, a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang region had explored and practiced the hospital institutional construction with problem-oriented approach. The paper summarized and analyzed the experience of institutional construction, which can provide reference for the institutional construction of similar medical institutions.
