国内某传染病医院发生新型冠状病毒肺炎本土聚集性疫情，文章通过探讨此次疫情发生原因，分析医院感染防控存在的漏洞，总结疫情特点及有效的医院感染防控策略。建议通过落实医院感染防控措施、加强定点医疗机构监督管理、落实院内人员和环境定期核酸检测、完善区域内诊疗防控应急预案和加强新冠肺炎知识培训考核等五个方面提高医院感染防控能力，为今后应对此类事件，尤其是在传染病医院暴发的精准快速防控提供经验。

Response Strategies for COVID-19 Outbreak in Infectious Disease Hospital

A local outbreak of COVID-19 occurred in a domestic infectious disease hospital. This paper discussed the causes of the outbreak, analyzed the loopholes in nosocomial infection prevention and control, and summarized the epidemic characteristics and effective strategies of nosocomial infection prevention and control. It was suggested to strengthen the implementation of nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies in five major aspects, including implementing nosocomial infection prevention and control measures, strengthening supervision and management of designated hospitals, implementing regular nucleic acid testing of staff and environment, improve the emergency plan for diagnosis and treatment in the region and strengthen the training and assessment of COVID-19 knowledge,etc., so as to provide experience for the precise and rapid prevention and control of such incidents, especially in infectious disease hospitals.
