| 摘 要： | 目前,我国日间手术管理主要包括集中式管理、分散式管理和混合式管理等。复旦大学附属儿科医院在开展日间手术之初,采取集中式管理模式,但工作效率始终不理想。因此,将管理模式从集中式转变为集中+分散的混合式。实践证明,混合式管理模式能更大程度地利用手术相关资源,是一种较理想的日间手术管理模式。

| Abstract: | At present, the management of ambulatory surgery in China mainly includes centralized management, decentralized management and mixed management. The Pediatric Hospital of Fudan University adopted the centralized management mode at the beginning of ambulatory surgery, but the work efficiency was not ideal. Therefore, the management mode was be changed from centralized to mixed with centralized and decentralized. The practice had proved that the mixed management mode can make more use of the resources related to surgery, and it was an ideal management mode of ambulatory surgery. |
