关龙胆水提取物对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用

[目的]探讨关龙胆水提取物对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用.[方法]按标准方法给小鼠接种S_(180)肉瘤细胞,随机分组,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的关龙胆水提取物,10 d后观察小鼠肿瘤质量、免疫器官及体重变化情况.[结果]关龙胆小、中、大剂量水提取物对S_(180)肉瘤的抑制率分别为29.03%, 33.47%,35.48%,其中中、大剂量组抑制率明显高于模型对照组.[结论]关龙胆水提取物对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤细胞的增殖有抑制作用.

Inhibitory effect of the water extraction of Gentiana scabra Bge for sarcoma 180 in mice

OBJECTIVE To study the inhibitory effects of the water extraction of Gentiana scabra Bge for Sarcoma 180 in mice.METHODS According to the standard method,the sarcoma 180 was inoculated into the mouse after grouping randomly,and the water extraction of Gentiana scabra Bge with different dosages was administrated into stomach separately.After 10 d,the weight of tumor,the immunity organ and the body weight change were observed.RESULTS The inhibition rates of the small,middle and large dosage of water extraction of Gentiana scabra Bge were 29.03%,33.47%and 35.48%for sarcoma 180 in mice,and the inhibitory effects of middle and large dosage groups were higher than that in model group significantly.CONCLUSION The water extract fraction of Gentiana scabra Bge has inhibitory effects for sarcoma 180 in mice.
