儿童及成人季节性变应陛鼻炎患者临床证候调查及对比分析

目的：对比分析儿童及成人季节性变应性鼻炎患者的临床证候，探寻他们在病机及证候类型上的不同。方法：采集变应性鼻炎患者的证候群，并作统计分析。结果：（1）儿童与成人患者在内热证候、津或阴伤证候、表虚证候及特殊症状类方面存在统计学差异（t〈0．01或0．05X（2）儿童及成人患者中均含有阴虚内热证候。结论：（1）儿童与成人患者在证候特征及病机上存在差异；（2）临床中需要进一步的详细辨证，创新病机，才有可能提高治疗疗效；（3）注重儿童发病中的阴虚病机、成人发病中阴阳两虚病机的辨证。
