刺络拔罐配合耳针治疗痤疮临床疗效观察

目的：观察刺络拔罐配合耳针治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将87例痤疮患者随机分为观察组45例,对照组42例。观察组给予刺络拔罐配合耳针治疗,刺络拔罐取大椎穴、膀胱经肺俞、胃俞、大肠俞点刺放血拔罐,耳针选耳穴神门、内生殖器、内分泌、肾上腺埋针治疗。对照组采用单纯刺络拔罐疗法,具体操作与观察组相同。连续观察3个疗程,主要观察项目为治疗前后皮损的类型、数目、计算皮损积分。结果：观察治疗疗效,经统计学处理（P〈0.05）治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：刺络拔罐配合耳针疗法的疗效显著高于单纯的刺络拔罐法,是值得临床推广的有效治疗痤疮的方法。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Venesection Cupping Combined with Earoacupuncture on Acne

Objective ：To explore the effect of venesection cupping combined with earoacupuncture on acne. Method ：87 cases were randomLy divided into 2 groups,one is observation group,the other is control group. The observation group was treated by venesection cupping combined with earoacupuncture, venesection cupping at Dazhui,Pangguang,Feishu,Weishu,Dachang Yudian,Earoacupuncture at Shenmen,Neishenghzhi,Neifenmi,Shenshangxian.The control group with venesection cupping only,the meridians were same.Continuing observation for 3cycles. The style, amout, scores of the damages of skin were observed before the treatment and after the treatment. Result ： There is significant difference between the two groups, the effect of observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion ： Venesection cupping combined with earoacupuneture is superior to the earoacupuncture only. It is a good method worthy of wide spreading in clinic.
