加替沙星治疗肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎44例临床观察

目的探讨加替沙星治疗肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎的疗效与安全性。方法肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎病例87例，随机分为加替沙星组44例和对照组43例。加替沙星组采用加替沙星注射液400mg／次，静脉滴注，1次／d；对照组采用头孢曲松静脉滴注，1g／次，2次/d。疗程均为7～14d。结果加替沙星组和头孢曲松组临床有效率分别为88．6％、86．1％，不良反应分别为6．8％和9．3％，两组差别无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论加替沙星治疗肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎与头孢曲松比较，疗效相近，安全性和耐受性良好。

Clinical study of gatifloxacin in the treatment of liver cirrhosis combined spontaneous bacterial peritonitis

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of gatifloxacin in the treatment of liver cirrhosis combined with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis.Methods In this randomized,control study,87 patients were evaluated;44 in gatifloxacin group to gatifloxacin 400 mg iv drip,once daily for 7-10 days;43 in control group given ceftriaxone 1.0g iv drip,twice daily for 7-14 days.Results Clinical total effective rates were 88.6% in the gatifloxacin group,and 86.1% in the control group.The clinical adverse reaction rates were 6.8%,9.3% in two groups respectively.No significant difference in the above figures(P>0.05).Conclusion Gatifloxacin is an efficacious and safe antibiotics for the treatment of liver cirrhosis combined with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis.
