中药热奄包配合TDP灯治疗骨折患者的护理效果

目的观察中药热奄包配合TDP灯治疗骨折的疗效。方法入选2012年3月至2013年9月我院收治的138例骨折患者,随机分为两组。对照组70例采用单纯性骨折常规治疗,试验组68例在对照组基础上采用中药热奄包配合TDP灯治疗。比较两组患者住院方面的差异,并评价护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果试验组住院天数及费用均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组护理满意率为94.1%显著高于对照组77.1%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为5.9%低于对照组28.6%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包配合TDP灯对骨折患者疗效显著,能够减少患者住院天数及费用,减轻患者经济负担,增加其治疗依从性,而且患者对护理满意度较高,手术后并发症发生率较低,患者痛苦少,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of TCM Herbal Reyanbao and TDP Light Treatment for Fracture

Objective To observe the efficacy of a combination of TCM herbal Reyanbao and TDP light for fracture. Methods 138patients with fracture treated in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group（with 70 patients） received only conventional therapy for fracture, but the experimental group（with 68 cases） received additional combination of TCM herbal Reyanbao and TDP light therapy. The difference during their hospitalization was compared between these two groups. The nursing satisfaction and complications incidence were assessed between these two groups. Results The length and expense of hospitalization of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group（P 0.05）. The rate of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 94.1%, significantly higher than that in the control group（77.1%）（P 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.9%, significantly lower than that in the control group（28.6%）（P 0.05）. Conclusions The combination of TCM herbal Reyanbao with TDP lights therapy is highly effective for fracture. It can reduce the length of hospital stay and expense for patients, relieve the patients＇ economic burden, and increase the treatment compliance, with higher satisfaction, lower complications incidence and less pain. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
