液氮冷冻联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力与CO_2联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的对比研究

摘    要:目的对液氮冷冻法联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力与CO2联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的效果进行分析比较。方法选取符合条件的50例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组27例,对照组23例。对研究组病例采用液氮冷冻法联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,对照组患者使用CO2联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,对比分析两种疗法的治疗总有效率及复发率。结果研究组总有效率为85.2%,对照组总有效率为82.6%,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发率为7.4%,对照组复发率为13.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液氮冷冻联合光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣效果略优于用CO2激光联合光动力治疗,同时液氮冷冻联合光动力治疗方法的复发率显著低于CO2激光联合光动力疗法。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the effect of liquid nitrogen freezing method in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic and CO2 in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic in the treatment of perianal condyloma. Methods 50 cases of eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 27 patients in the study group and 23 patients in the control group. The study group received liquid nitrogen freezing method in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy, the control group was given CO2 in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy. The total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 85.2%, higher than 82.6% of the control group, but without statistically significant difference (P 〉0.05); the recurrence rate of the study group was 7.4%, significantly higher than 13.0%of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The effect of liquid nitrogen frozen in combination with photodynamic in treating perianal condyloma is slightly better than CO2 laser combined with photodynamic therapy;while the recurrence rate of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in combination with photodynamic is significantly lower than CO2 laser and photodynamic therapy.
