| 摘 要： | 目的探讨硬膜外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择30例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采取硬膜外注射镇痛复合液1个疗程（3次）后,观察1年内的临床效果。结果本组30例患者经过1个疗程治疗后痊愈15例（50.0%）,显效10例（33.3%）,好转3例（10.0%）,无效2例（6.6%）,总有效率93.3%（28/30例）。结论硬膜外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全经济、简便易行、优良率高的介入治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of epidural injection on patient with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Thirty patients with lumbar disc herniation were studied. After a course of epidural injection with analgesic mixture,the clinical effect was observed within one year. Results In all of the patients, after a course of treatment, fifteen cases （50.0%）were full recovery, ten cases （33.3 % ） were significant effects, three cases（ 10.0 % ） were improved, two cases（6.6 % ） were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.3%（28/30 cases）. Conclusion Epidural injection for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is a safe,simple, highly efficient method. |
