| 摘 要： | 目的:研究骨碎补总黄酮(TFRD)联合淫羊藿苷(ICA)对人牙周膜细胞(hPDLCs)增殖和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的影响。方法:应用组织块法体外培养hPDLCs,以MTT法测定TFRD、ICA单独以及联合作用对hPDLCs增殖的影响;用酶动力学方法测定TFRD、ICA单独以及联合作用对hPDLCs、ALP活性的影响。结果:TFRD、ICA、TFRD+ICA均可促进hPDLCs增殖和ALP活性增加,其中TFRD+ICA作用效果优于TFRD与ICA。结论:TFRD与ICA联合应用,具有协同作用。
