| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床药师参与临床药物治疗工作的模式。方法:临床药师通过参与会诊,进行药学监护,治愈1例药物引起发热的患者。结果:临床药师通过会诊、药学监护、干预医嘱执行、参与处理药物不良事件等途径和方法为临床提供药学服务,以避免不良事件发生。结论:临床药师可为临床提供多种形式的药学服务,确保药物应用更加安全、有效。
