| 摘 要： | 目的:研究扶正固本胶囊对"劳倦过度,房室不节"肾阳虚模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用"劳倦过度,房室不节"的方法复制大鼠肾阳虚模型,灌胃给药4周后,测定肾阳虚模型大鼠的排尿量、交配能力、性器官和血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:扶正固本胶囊在1.84、0.92g·kg-1的剂量下能使肾阳虚模型大鼠血清中的T3、T4、T水平和SOD活性显著升高,E2水平、MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);能显著缩短肾阳虚模型大鼠的交配潜伏期和增加其交配次数(P<0.05),其中1.84g·kg-1剂量下大鼠的睾丸指数显著增加(P<0.05);在1.84、0.92、0.46g·kg-1的剂量下可显著减少肾阳虚模型大鼠的排尿量。结论:扶正固本胶囊对大鼠的肾阳虚症状有显著的改善作用。
