| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中药外洗与头孢拉定治疗婴幼儿支气管炎的成本-效果。方法:将81例患儿随机分为单用注射用头孢拉定和注射用头孢拉定+中药外洗2组,比较其治疗的成本-效果。结果:2组的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而中药外洗组平均总成本(2 058.6±757.3)元]小于头孢拉定组(2 592.65±1 125.85)元](P<0.05)。结论:中药外洗具有成本-效果的意义。
