| 摘 要： | 目的:观察松龄血脉康胶囊治疗脑梗死后抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法:选取64例脑梗死后抑郁的患者,分为对照组和治疗组各32例。2组患者均依据具体情况给予脑梗死病常规治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用松龄血脉康胶囊1.5g,tid。2组疗程均为3个月。分别于治疗前、治疗后3个月测定患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS),Bar-thel指数(BI)及全血黏度和血浆黏度。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗3个月后HAMD评分明显下降(P<0.01),NIHSS评分明显降低(P<0.05),BI评分明显提高(P<0.05),全血黏度及血浆黏度明显降低(P<0.05),患者睡眠质量明显提高,各项差异均有统计学意义。结论:松龄血脉康胶囊治疗脑梗死后抑郁有一定的疗效,且能改善患者的睡眠质量。
