抑郁症和精神分裂症患者自杀行为与应付方式

目的：探讨抑郁症和精神分裂症患者自杀行 付方式的特点。方法：采用应付方式问卷对79例抑郁症和86例精神分裂症患者进行评定，并与正常对照组比较。结果：病例组的积极应付评分显著低于正常对照组，而消极应付评分显著高于对照组，精神分裂症伴自杀行为的患者积极应付评分明显低于无自杀组。结论：伴有自杀行为的抑郁症和精神分裂症患者的应付方式不良。

Coping Style of Suicidal the Depression and Schizophrenia Patients Behavior.

Objective To investigate the characters of the coping style of suicidal behavior the depression and schizopnrenia patients. Methods Seventy-nine depression patients and schizophrenia patients were evaluated by coping style questionnaire(CSQ) and comparied with those of the normal controls. Results The positive coping style score of the patients was signifficant lower than those of the normal controls,whereas the negative score higher than the normal controls.The scores of positive coping style of the schizophrenia with suicidal behavior was lower than those who had suicidal behavior. Conclusions The depression and schizophrenia patients with suicidal behavior have bad coping style.
