人性化护患沟通技巧在泌尿外科护理工作中的应用

摘    要:目的评价"人性化护患沟通技巧"对泌尿外科患者满意度的影响。方法选择泌尿外科患者120例。60例为对照组,采用泌尿外科常规专业护理。60例为观察组,在常规护理的基础上,加用"人性化护患沟通技巧"等干预措施。结果 "服务态度"观察组好评率为60.00%(36/60),优于对照组的31.67%(19/60),差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);"沟通技巧"观察组好评率为61.67%(37/60),高于对照组的35.00%(21/60),差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);"工作责任心"观察组好评率为58.33%(35/60),优于对照组的30.00%(18/60),差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 "人性化护患沟通技巧"干预措施对泌尿外科患者的治疗和主观心理有很大帮助,建议临床进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the subjective satisfaction about "Humane nurse-patient communication skills " used in urology nursing. Methods We selected 120 urological cases, with 60 cases as control group that was given regular professional care of urology and 60 cases as the observation group given the basis of above conventional care plus "humane nurse-patient communication skills" and other interventions. Results The favorable comment rate of the observation group was 60.00% (36/60) in "service attitude", higher than that (31.67%) of the control group (19/60), with a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.01). The favourable comment rate of the observation group was 61.67% (37/60) in "communication skills" , higher than that ( 35.00% ) of the control group (21/60), with a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.01). The favourable comment rate of the observation group was 58.33% (35/60) in " responsibility" higher than that (30.00%) of the control group (18/60), with a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion The interventions of "Humanity nurse-patient communication skills" are helpful in the subjective psychology in the treatment of urologic patients, worthy of being clinically popularized.
