建立质量评价体系保证临床实习质量

临床实习是医学教育过程中至关重要的阶段，近年来，由于学生就业、报考研究生等因素的影响，使临床实习质量受到严重影响。为了全面监控临床实习各环节的教学质量，我院从教学管理、教学实施、学生管理三方面构建和实施了“临床实习质量评价体系”，解决了临床实习中存在的部分问题，受到了实习学生和临床带教教师的一致认可和好评，有效地保障了临床实习质量。

Establishing the clinical practice quality evaluation system to guarantee clinical practice quality

Clinical practice is a key stage in medical education. With the negative influence of student employment and national graduate student entrance examination, clinical practice quality drops seriously in recent years. For completely supervising and controlling each link of clinical practice, a stereoscopic evaluation system of clinical practice quality has been set up and put into practice in our hospital for five years, managing from teaching management, teaching practice and student management three aspects. This system can resolve parts of problems existed in the practice, suffer students in accordance with teachers of approve with the good opinion and effectively guarantee clinical practice quality.
