| 摘 要： | 硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)分解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对大台农、小台农、鹰嘴芒、金煌芒、贵妃芒5种芒果中锰、铁、铜、锌4种微量元素含量进行测定。结果表明5种芒果中微量元素含量丰富,其中小台农芒中含锰量最高,金煌芒中锌含量最高,贵妃芒中铁含量最高,回收率在97.6%~105%之间,RSD<2.47%。

| Abstract: | Five kinds of elements Mn,Fe,Cu,and Zn in Taiwan mango,Small Tainong mango,Olecranon mango,Gold,mango and Royal mango had been determinated and analyzed by flame atom absorption spectrometry in the paper.Using nitric acid and high chlorine acid(4+1) mixed acid digestion samples.The results show that there were rich trace elements in these mangas.There was more content of manganese in Small Tainong mango than others,more content of zinc in Gold mango and more content of iron in Royal mango.Recovery in 97.6%～105%,and RSD<2.47 %. |
