黄精中小分子糖提取工艺优化

摘    要:目的:建立黄精中小分子糖的含量测定方法,研究其最佳提取工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定小分子糖含量,以小分子糖含量为考察指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验法确定黄精中小分子糖的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度90℃,料液比1∶30,提取时间2 h。结论:该工艺简便、合理、小分子糖提取率较高。
