| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对不稳定心绞痛（UA）患者C-反应蛋白（CRP）的影响。方法选择76例UA患者，随机分成两组，治疗组给予常规治疗加阿托伐他汀每晚10mg口服，对照组给予常规治疗，8周后，比较两组患者治疗前后CRP水平的变化。结果经用药后治疗组血清CRP水平及血脂水平较对照组降低明显，与对照组相比有统计学差异（R〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀可以降低UA患者血清CRP及血脂水平，具有抗炎、调脂作用。

| Abstract: | Objective we designed to evaluate the effect of atorvastatin on serum c-creative protein in patients with unstable angina. Method we randomized 76 patients to treatment with either conventional therapy or with additional atorvastatin (10mg/day), and measured serum c-creative protein and lipid at baseline and after 8 weeks of therapy. Result serum c-creative protein and lipid levels were significantly and statistically reduced in atorvastatin group compared with placebo group (p<0.05) Conclusion atorvastatin potentiated the decline of serum c-creative protein and lipid level in patients with unstable angina, which possessed anti-inflammatory and lipid-lowering efficacy. |
