| 摘 要： | 急性肾衰竭是急症患者中常见疾病,病死率高,缺乏有效预防措施。凋亡与急性肾损伤有关,但其调节机制不明。信号转导、生长因子、p53等途径可能参与肾脏炎症和凋亡过程。现综述凋亡与急性肾衰竭的关系。通过改变凋亡相关基因的表达,可望为临床ARF治疗提供新的思路和方法。 |
