| 摘 要： | 为观察山羊血及其小复方的活血化瘀、消肿镇痛作用机制及其对急性损伤所造成的血瘀肿胀、疼痛等症状的治疗功效,采用热板法、扭体法、小鼠耳廓肿胀法,大鼠足跖浮肿法进行了动物实验,结查显示山羊血及其小复方具有明显的消肿镇痛作用,而且具有药效作用维持时间长的优点。

| Abstract: | In order to study the effect of blood circulation activating repercussion,analgesia with the blood of goats and its complex prescription on the symptoms of swelling due to blood stasis,pains caused by acute injury,experiments were made by mouse hot plate,mouse body twisting,mouse ear edema,rat foot edema. The results showed that the blood of goats and its complex prescription have significant effects on repercussion,analgesia and have long time of drug action. |
