| 摘 要： | 目的讨论分析Barton骨折T形钛合金钢板内固定的手术疗效.方法自2000年2月-2004年8月收治Barton骨折32例,其中22例切开复位T形钛合金钢板内固定.结果本组随访时间5～20个月,术后3～4个月,X线显示桡骨远端骨折全部愈合.采用改良Gartland和Wertey(GW)评分系统对腕部进行功能评定,优15例,良4例,总优良率86.36%,差3例.结论采用T形钛合金钢板内固定治疗Barton骨折,固定牢固,可达骨折解剖复位,有利于腕关节早期的功能锻炼,最大限度地恢复腕关节功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the results of Barton fracture of the distal radius with T plate internal fixation.Methods Twenty-two patients with Bartons fracture of the distal radius were treated with open reduction and T plate internal fixation.Results The follow-up ranged for 5 to 20 months and for 3-4 months after operation.The function evaluations were based on the modified Gartland and Wertey(GW) scoring systenm,with excellent in 15 cases and good in 4 cases.The overall excellents-good rate was 86.36%.Conclusion Operative treatment with tianium T plate for Bartons fracture can firmly hold the reduced fracture segments and hence facilitate early postoperative rehabilitation and improve the wrist function. |
