蛋白质组学在心力衰竭研究中的应用进展

摘    要:
鉴于世界范围的高发病率及高死亡率,心力衰竭已受到越来越多的关注。蛋白质组学技术现已能对组织和血液中的蛋白谱、蛋白功能、蛋白之间的相互作用进行相关研究。目前,该技术已被有效地应用于各项心衰研究,并发现多种蛋白表达水平变化与心衰发生、发展有着密切联系。相信随着蛋白质组学技术更迅速的发展,以及更广泛地被运用于心衰研究,人们将会不断深化对该疾病的认识,并有潜力发现更多新的生物学标志,从而为心力衰竭的诊断、评估、治疗等提供有效指导。

Abstract:
Heart failure is a growing public health problem for its high morbidity and mortality in the worldwide. The technologies of proteomics are now available for the assessment of protein map in tissues and blood, protein function, and protein-protein interaction. Proteomics had already been applied to many researches concerning heart failure, which revealed that a great quantity of proteins were related to the occurrence and development of heart failure. Thus, it holds great promise that with further development of proteomics and its more expanded application in hear failure, the disease will be more deeply understood, more new biomarkers will be discovered, and more guidance will be provided for the diagnosis evaluation, and treatment of heart failure.
