| Abstract: | This article reviewed the application method,advantages and shortcomings of assessment tools about nurses＇job satisfaction with high reliability and validity at home and abroad, and put forward some suggestions about how to select assessment tools nurses＇job satisfaction, so as to provide a reference and assistance for researchers. |
