转移侧方He关系在上颌尖牙金属烤瓷修复中的应用

目的：评价一种简单的转移侧方骱关系的方法在尖牙保护He患者的上颌尖牙金属烤瓷修复中的应用效果。方法：选择尖牙保护He患者187例需要进行金属烤瓷修复的上颌尖牙，采用光固化复合树脂延长邻牙的颊尖或切端，变尖牙保护He为组牙功能He。结果：99．47％被修复尖牙的侧方He关系，基本恢复到修复前状况，患者无不适感觉。结论：采用光固化复合树脂延长邻牙牙尖的方法记录和转移侧方He关系，有利于恢复七颌尖牙修复前的He情况，可取得满意的临床效果。

Transmitting lateral occlusion relation in manufacturing PFM prostheses of themaxillary canine with cuspid-protected occlusion

Objective: To evaluate a simple method of transmitting lateral occlusion relation in manufacturing PFMprostheses of the maxillary canine with cuspid-protected occlusion. Methods: 187 maxillary canines were chosen frompatients with cuspid-protected occlusions which were modified into group function occlusions by lengthening the buccalcusps or incisal edges of neighbouring teeth with light-cured composite. Result: The lateral occlusions of 99.47% maxillarycanines were rehabilitated and the patients had no uncomfortable feeling. Conclusion: This method recording andtransmitting lateral occlusion can help to rehabilitate the occlusion of maxillary canine and a good clinical result can begained.
