178例急性冠脉综合征临床特点的调查分析

目的研究急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者的发病与临床表现特点。方法对178例经冠状动脉造影确诊患者，运用频数统计等方法对其症状及证候表现进行统计分析。结果178例患者共收集到症状25个，频次在20次以上的有9个，频次在50例次以上的有胸闷、胸痛、憋气、痛时汗出4个。1、2、4、8、10、11月气候变化较明显的月份，相应的发病数也居多。证候要素有12个，其中血瘀、气虚、痰浊占全部病例的比例分别是94．94％、66．85％、57．30％。结论ACS常见临床症状数量有限，发病与季节（气候）有关，不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）与急性心肌梗死（AMI）在临床表现及病机方面具有相似性，邪实正虚是ACS的主要病机，而邪实矛盾更为突出，内热在AMI中更多。

Investigation of Clinical Features of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical features of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 178 ACS cases are diagnosed by coronary arteriongraphy,whose symptoms are collected and analyzed.Results 25 symptoms were gained,9 of them have a frequency of more than 20 times,and the frequency of chest oppression,chest pain,suffocation and pain with sweating are more than 50.ACS attacks frequently in January,February,April,August,October and November when the weather changes violently.There are 12 main factors of syndrome,within which the percentage of blood stasis,deficiency of qi,phelgem in ACS cases are 94.94%,66.85%,57.30%.Conclusions The common symptoms of ACS are limited,and the pathogeny of ACS is related to weather.Pathogenic factors prevailing with body resistance weakened is the main feature of ACS both in unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Internal heat is more common in AMI.
