摘    要:
目的:观察电针对脊神经节和脊髓一氧化氮合酶(NOS)表达的影响。方法:电针单侧大鼠“足三里”穴,采用还原型尼克酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶(HADPH-d)法显示L5-6脊神经节和脊髓节段的NOS表达变化。结果:针刺组针刺侧脊神经节和脊髓的NOS表达,均比非针刺侧及对照组增加。结论:电针可上调脊神经节和脊髓NOS表达,这可能是一氧化氮(NO)参与针刺效应的重要基础之一。

The Effect of Electroacupuncture on Nitric Oxide Synthase Expression in the Spinal Ganglia and Spinal Cord of Rats
Abstract:
The objective was to observe the effect of electroacupuncture on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) expression in the spinal ganglia and spinal cord. Methods: The nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) method was used after electroacupuncturing "Zusanli" (ST 36) point. Results: The numbers of heavily staining NOS positive neurons in the spinal ganglia and spinal cord were increased markedly on the acupuncture side as compared with the non-acupuncture side and control groups. The heavily staining NOS positive fibers and terminals were also increased markedly in the lamina I of spinal cord on acupuncture side. Conclusion: The NOS expression was significantly enhanced by electroacupuncture in the spinal ganglia and spinal cord. So it is possible that NO is one of the important morphological foundations for acupuncture effects.
