| 摘 要： | 目的探讨垫式可摘局部义齿修复老年人牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法对37例牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者,先行修复设计,然后进行过渡塑料垫式可摘局部义齿的修复,每月复查并调改至最适颌位。观察3~6个月后,制作永久性垫式可摘局部义齿修复,嘱6个月复诊1次。结果 37例患者中双重建者13例,单重建者24例;随访2年,垂直距离得到恢复,咀嚼功能明显改善,肌疲劳感消失,颜面及外形、发音功能恢复良好,修复体对口腔软组织无损伤。结论老年患者由于牙列重度磨耗导致的咬合垂直距离降低有必要进行咬合重建修复,而永久性垫式可摘局部义齿修复可取得满意的效果。
