姜堰市城市社区卫生服务发展现况调查分析

对姜堰市城市社区卫生服务发展的现况调查发现,当地城市社区卫生服务存在诸多的困难和问题,主要表现为民办机构多等结构问题较为突出、基本公共卫生服务经费管理和补助方式有待改进、标准化建设程度明显滞后和医保政策未全面落实和规范化运行机制有待建立等。从加大投入,实施城市社区卫生服务机构标准化建设;加强宣传,提高城市社区卫生服务工作的居民知晓率;加强协调,提高城市社区卫生服务资源的利用效率;深化改革,激发城市社区卫生服务机构的内部活力;加强监管,规范城市社区卫生机构的服务行为等方面提出了解决对策。

Survey and Analysis on the State of Development of City Community Health Service in Jiangyan County

After the survey on the state of development of city community health service(CCHS)in Jiangyan County,the findings shows CCHS have some difficulties and problems,and which mainly include the frame containing more privately-run services,weak management and assistance for funds of basic public health service,laggard degree of standardized infrastructure,incomplete implementation on health care policy,and poor standardization operational mechanisms and so on.Author suggests to better CCHS should increase the input for facilities standardization build,should enhance popularization to improve known of CCHS,should coordinate to advance the efficiency of CCHS resource use,should reform to inspire interior activities of CCHS agencies and should strengthen supervision and management for UCHS standardization service.
