腹腔镜下全膀胱切除术治疗膀胱癌术后复发情况观察

目的探讨腹腔镜全膀胱切除治疗膀胱癌对术后复发的影响。方法对2002年7月-2006年10月间13例行腹腔镜下全膀胱切除并去带乙状结肠新膀胱术膀胱癌患者随诊观察术后复发情况。结果术后最少生存时间13个月，一例术后29个月全身多处转移死亡，一例术后13个月因宫颈癌死亡。其余病例目前仍存活。结论腹腔镜下全膀胱切除去带乙状结肠新膀胱术比开放性手术对机体免疫功能影响小，淋巴结清除彻底，符合肿瘤根治原则，具有较好的应用价值。

The Therapeutic Roles of Early Enteral Nutrition Support in Severe Head Injury Patients

Objective To study the therapeutic roles of early enteral nutrition support in the severe head-injuried patients. Methods The patients of study group were fed gastrically with the element diet within 48 hours after injury, and the patients of the control group were nu-tritionally supported with common method 6 days later. Results Nutritional index of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), the study group had a significantly favorable outcome. Conclusions The early gastric feeding with parenteral nutri-tion may be beneficial in improving gut function, nutritional state and neurologic outcome of the severe head-injured patients.
