抑郁症患者人格特征分析

目的：探讨抑郁症患者的人格特征。方法：对30例抑郁症患者进行MMPI及EPQ测查，对其结果进行分析。结果：抑郁症患者MMPI两点编码主要为男20／02、女23／32，同时伴有Pd、Pt、Pa、Sc升高，诊断总符合率为男81．3％、女78.6％；EPQ男女性均为N分升高。性格分型：内倾男68．8％、女21．4％；外倾男6．25％、女28．6％。情绪稳定男6.25％、女0；情绪不稳定男87.5％、女85．7％。结论：抑郁症患者的人格特征最突出表现为抑郁情绪，伴有易冲动、焦虑、妄想、幻觉等特征。

The analysis of personality characteristics of the patients with depressive disorder

Objective: To explore personality characteristics of the patients with depressive disorder. Methods:Thirty patients with depressive disorder were assessed with the MMPI and EPQ, and the results were analyzed. Results: The two point codes of MMPI were principally 20/02 (male) and 23/32 (female) following the Pd, the Pt, the Pa and the Sc high, and the total coincidence rate of diagnosis were 81.3 per cent (maie) and 78.6 per cent (female) in depressive disorder. The N scores of EPQ were reached high in male and female . Character type: the introversion was 68.8 per cent (maie) and 21.4 per cent (female) ,and the extraversion was 6.25 per cent (male) and 28.6 per cent (female) , and the emotional stability was 6.25 per cent (male) and 0 per cent (female ) , and the emotional lability was 87.5 per cent(male) and 85.7 per cent (female) . Conclusion: Depressive emotion is most principal characteristics, following impulsivity, and anxiety and paranoia and hallucination easily in personality characteristics of the patients with depressive disorder.
